Clarification regarding IBPS Clerks-III Expected Cut off Score
Many candidates are asking for expected IBPS Clerks-III cut off score; first of all we need to understand the reasonable written score to stay in competition. We have seen previous year candidates scoring pattern and we can presume that a candidate having written score with 15 marks above written cut off is in a good score. He needs an average interview score to get the allotment.
Now, What is an average interview score? An average interview score is near to the % of written cut off, so that the lowest candidate can have the oppertunity to perform. For example, the average interview marks for West Bengal will be around 52-55, as the written cut off score for UR is 105. So, a candidate with 120 in written and 55 in interview should be allotted in a bank. It means the cut off for unreserved category in West Bengal will be around 59. However, it is final cut off score and we think any candidate having 60+ conbined score has fair chance in West Bengal state. First round of allotment may have higher cut off due to having common candidates of PO-III. It is calculated for Unreserved category and OBC may have below 6 marks, SC may have below 8 marks than UR cut off. There is another confusion among candidates that IBPS may not declare conbined score this year. But IBPS already mentioned in recruitment notification that the conbined score will be prepared in 80:20 ratio and it will be available in official website.
